We built our business around the teachings of Business Experts such as Michael Lanning, Peter Drucker, Richard Leifer and Clayton Christensen and on six years of experience applying those teachings and tools in a Fortune 500 company..

Business Metamorphosis LLC (BML) is about turning ideas into businesses. Most ideas that become new businesses do so by overcoming an amazing series of obstacles. But many equally good ideas never make it to market for reasons that have nothing to do with their inherent worth.

For example:

• They are not aligned with the business that created them
• They aren't big enough to cover the overhead of a large business
• They are incomplete in some way
• Their creator doesn't have all the skills necessary to start a business -- etc.

Our job at BML is to be an interface between the creative individual with the idea and the business world because we understand both perspectives.

We don't start the new business, we make it happen by finding resources, removing barriers etc.
